 The Notifier FAPT-851(A) Acclimate® Plus™ detector is an intelligent, addressable, multi-sensing, low-profile detector designed for use with Notifier Notifier Onyx and CLIP series Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). The Acclimate Plus detector uses a combination of photoelec tric and thermal sensing technologies to increase immunity to false alarms. Unlike traditional intelligent detectors, the Accli mate Plus detector has a microprocessor in the detector head that processes alarm data. As a result, the Acclimate Plus detector adjusts its sensitivity automatically, without operator intervention or control panel programming.

The NOTIFIER® FSP-951 Series intelligent plug-in smoke detectorsare designed for both performance and aesthetics, and are directreplacements for the FSP-851 Series. A new modern, sleek, contemporarydesign and enhanced optical sensing chamber is engineeredto sense smoke produced by a wide range of combustionsources in accordance with more stringent code standards.The FSP-951 Series detector sensitivity can be programmed in thecontrol panel software. Sensitivity is continuously monitored andreported to the panel. Point ID capability allows each detector’saddress to be set with rotary, decimal address switches, providingexact detector location for selective maintenance when chambercontamination reaches an unacceptable level. Dual electronicthermistors add 135°F (57°C) fixed temperature thermal sensing onthe FSP-951T. The FSP-951R is a remote test capable detector foruse with DNR Series duct detector housings. FSP-951 series detectorsare available for both FlashScan® and CLIP applications as designated.

The 2351EC photoelectric smoke detector forms part of the Series 300 range of conventional detectors. This range of detectors has been produced using the latest in manufacturing and design techniques, pushing out the boundaries of existing conventional detector technology. Combined with the latest state of the art optical chamber the detector provides efficient and accurate detection of fires with a high level of resilience to nonfire environmental influences.
