They are alsobackwards compatible with legacy strobes, so there’s no needto replace all your existing devices to upgrade to new LEDtechnology. In fact, G1 strobes can be mixed on the same circuitand used in the same field of view as Xenon-based strobes. Installation efficiency, flexibility and full compliance with the latest standards are at the heart ofthe new MCP Indoor Call Point range.Installation time and ultimately cost, are of paramount importance to any fire or securityinstaller. The MCP range directly reflects this need by providing a unique ‘plug and play’concept designed specifically to reduce installation time. All new MCP products utilise aspecial terminal block, where all initial installation cabling is terminated. This terminal blockis then simply connected to the back of the MCP. Simple, but effective with no re-terminationrequired and no time wasted.Through new standards and legislation, both break glass and re-settable operating elementscan now be used within a manual call point. To provide you with the greatest ‘flex-ability’,the new MCP range can be configured as either a break glass or re-settable unit by simplychanging from one element to another. No other additional parts or alternative products needto be ordered.All MCP Indoor Call Point products also help preserve the integrity of the overall system asillegal removal of the product lid will result in the call point operating and the system going in toalarm.Full compliance with the latest standards is essential and the new MCP indoor call point rangeis fully approved to the latest EN54-11 standard.All MCP2 products are supplied with an LED indicator as standard.The MCP2A Product version is supplied with both a resistor and normally open, clean contactelectrical options. These options are simpily utilised by attaching the terminal block to therequired connection in the back of the MCP product. A variety of resistsor values are availableby request, with 470Ω offered as standard.The MCP2B product versions are designed for connection to “savwire” systems.

The M HR1 and M HW1 mini-horns operate at 12 and 24 volts and areideal for hotel, motel or residential fire system applications, where asmaller notification device is desired. The horns can be mountedtosingle gang back boxes for aesthetically sensitive applications.Synchroni zation is also provided when using the MDL module.The M HR1 and M HW1 mini-horns can o perate between 32 and 120degrees Fahrenheit from a regulated DC or full-wave rectified , unfiltered power supply. The System Sensor line of notification devices offers the most flexible andeasy-to-use line of horns, strobes, and horn strobes in the industry. Withred housing, universal fire symbol and a ceiling mount accessory availablethese devices can meet virtually any application. They also mount to awide variety of back box sizes to offer the most flexibility in installation.This line of devices features a wide variety of features that simplifiesinstallations. The mounting plate allows the devices to be compatible witha wide range of back box sizes. Settings for the strobe and horn are doneusing easy to set rotary switches on the back of the device.Synchronization is achieved without the use of additional modules; whenpowered with a filtered DC source, the strobe portion is capable of selfsynchronization for 30 minutes per NFPA72.Devices work on 24 volts DC or full wave rectified power. Three candelaoptions are available for the strobe. On the horn strobe model, high andlow volume are options for the horn as well as a continuous tone ortemporal 3 output. The mini horn model has a continuous tone output andone volume setting.Available accessories include a round trim ring to adapt the wall device forceiling mount applications. Simply install the round ring over the squaredevice for a perfect fit on the ceiling. An adapter plate is also available forthe mini horn. It fits to a wider range of back boxes and fits with the familylook of the horn strobe and strobe devices.
